Generally yes, but you can always give us a call and try to negotiate. Depending on the scope we may be a bit flexible.

Great, but what does it mean in a real world scenario?
If we implement a service, say an Active Directory service and there's a problem with it which is caused by us - being a missconfiguration, or some edge case we didn't plan for we will fix it free of charge. If such service is running on a server(s) provided by you, and there's a change in configuration done by your staff we will support you but you will be charged for our time needed to fix it.
If You are on a Outsourcing Plan, it usually means we have either built or at least configured your entire IT services and infrastructure, in this case support is always free of charge and we will work on the issue 24/7.
Usually we sign support agreements with our clients, but they basically state the above but in more lawyer-friendly phrases.
Can i change from hourly to outsourcing?
Sure, and to be honest that is usually the case, but in order to do so we need to go over your infrastructure and services, possibly re-configuring it so we can honor SLAs.
We cannot guarantee someone else's work.
Is your travel and accommodation free?
Yes for Outsourcing Plan customers, no for Hourly Rate.
So if you're in Sydney and you need us for 2 hours on premisses, we will add travel and accomodation expenses. These expenses will be agreed upon at the beginning by both you and us.
How do you calculate Outsourcing Plan fees?
Based on number of users , business processes and results of an audit of your IT environment.
Do you provide references?
Yes.
Moreover, we can arrange for a visit to see our client, so you can see for yourself whether we do a good job or not.
