Privacy Policy

As of 25th of May 2018 we are using new rules about privacy policy - RODO (GDPR) General Data Protection Regulation and European Council 2016/679 from 27.04.2016. This Privacy Policy defines the methods of using and protecting personal data of Customers using the website www.vronke.com, hereinafter referred to as the "website".

§1 Administrator of your personal data.

  • Your personal information is administered by Vronke. Registered in Krynica-Zdrój, 198 Kraszewskiego st. Poland, NIP: 734 353 3001, thereafter reffered as "Vronke".
§ 2. Data collection.
  • Your personal data is provided to Vronke's website users voluntarily in order to use services offered by this website.
    Failure to provide certain data may limit the scope of services offered by this website - ie. newsletter. Your data is processed on the basis of the Customer's consent, which is granted by confirming and agreeing to presented information regarding this matter. We collects your data such as: name and surname, e-mail address, and phone number when registering on this website. Vronke does not share your personal data with anyone, with an exception of your e-mail which is being used to send you a monthly newsletter by third party service, however our newsletter management partner has policies in place not to share e-mail addresses with anyone else.

    Vronke eploys best business practices in effort to maintain proper protection of the Customer's personal data collected.

§4 Purpose and time of data processing

  • All data provided by the Customer will be processed by Vronke in order to inform the Customer about VDM products andservices to the extent that it does not violate the provisions of the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019 of 1781).
  • Depending on the consent given by You, the personal data provided, in particular the e-mail address may be used by Vronke to send a free newsletter containing commercial information within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services ( i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344). Consent to subscribe to the newsletter may be withdrawn at any time. To do this, use the link attached to each message sent to our client as part of the newsletter.
  • Your have the ability to decide to what extent your personal data will be used. In particular, you may submit a declaration of will withdrawing consent to receive the newsletter. You have the right to supplement, update, rectify personal data, temporarily or permanently suspend their processing or delete them if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in violation of the law or are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected and the right to raise objections, in cases provided for in the GDPR, also when Vronke intends to process data for marketing purposes or transfer them to another data administrator.
  • Personal data will be stored for the duration of a period defined in accordance with applicable regulations. Personal data for the processing of which you have consented will be stored until you withdraw your consent.

Vronke reserves the right to refuse to delete your data if their retention is necessary in order to pursue claims or if required by applicable law.

§5 The right to view, correct and delete personal data

  • You may access this Privacy Policy (or the Regulations) at any time via the link on the website www.vronke.com.
    Vronke declares that it processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act and that it applies technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed data appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected, and in particular protects the personal data of Customers and Distributors against making them available to persons not authorized persons, loss or damage.
  • You have the right to inspect and change your personal data at any time, as well as to request to immediately remove them ("the right to be forgotten").

§6 Sharing personal data with third parties

  • Only authorized employees or persons who have been granted appropriate powers of attorney, have direct access to personal data collected by this website.
  • The information provided by you may be made available to competent public authorities, if required by applicable law.

§7 The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisiory authority

  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
